Application Fees

The application fee is $40 per person. This is a non-refundable fee.

Security Deposit

Kodiak LeGrande Apartment has a refundable security deposit starting at $500. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.

Four-legged friends are welcome!

The Kodiak LeGrande Apartments pet deposit is $500. Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat). Pet rent is $50 per month charge/per pet.

We’re sorry, we do have a weight restriction on dogs and some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that.

Our pet deposit is $500.
Pet Rent: $50 per pet/per month
